How It Works

1. Get a quote from our online booking system ...

Simply click the BOOK NOW button. Select the available campervan and enter your preferred dates and chosen hire duration.
Fill-in your personal details and add any options to see the total price.
Add any specifc requests or details for us in "Notes" and confirm the important additional information.

2. Pay a 25% deposit or full payment to secure your campervan booking ...

For bookings with more than 40 days to go prior to the hire period, a non-refundable 25% of the total hire cost will be required at the time of booking.
If your booking is within 40 days of the hire period, then full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Payments are made via our fully secure card payment platform and you will receive email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Please note: If at any stage of the booking process, you have any queries then please don't hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, if you are simply not comfortable booking online then give us a call and we will be more than happy to book your campervan over telephone.

3. Take your time to plan your trip ...

Coastal adventure, UK road trip or European tour, it's essential to plan your campervan road trip.
You will have your own ideas and can find plenty of information online, but don't hesitate to contact us for some additional guidance.

4. Pay your balance and security deposit ...

For bookings made with more than 40 days to go prior to the hire period, the balance will become due for payment 35 days in advance of the hire period.
A £1000 security deposit will need to be paid by BACS payment prior to your hire period. We will contact you to complete this.

Please note: The insurance company stipulate that the payment is made by the main driver via a cleared and traceable method.

5. Finalise pickup or delivery arrangements ...

We will confirm all details with you if you’re using our ‘Deliver & Collect’ service. Please contact us to see if this option is available for your dates.
If you’re picking up your campervan from our HQ, we will confirm the time and what documentation you'll need to bring with you. Collection time is 3:00pm on either a Monday or Friday and return is at 12:00pm on either a Monday or Friday. We may be able to offer an earlier or later collection or return time, by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

6. Get to know your campervan ...

At pickup or delivery we’ll give you a full vehicle orientation so you know exactly how everything in your campervan works.

7. Enjoy your campervan adventure ...
